VOICE+ is a two-way mobile platform developed by the Global Network of People Living with HIV (GNP+). It was created in response to the urgent needs of people living with HIV during the COVID-19 pandemic.
As part of the Love Alliance, VOICE+ was piloted in Nigeria and Uganda. The app provides a safe and easy way for communities to report human rights violations and access important information.
With its colorful character designs and focus on community needs, VOICE+ shows how digital tools can help people living with HIV speak up and hold systems accountable through community-led monitoring.
