This resource, developed by the O’Neill Institute at Georgetown University as part of the Love Alliance, presents vital evidence on the costs, benefits, and funding of community-led responses for sexual and reproductive health and rights. Presented at the 24th International AIDS Conference in Montreal, the research highlights how community leadership and societal enablers are key to effective HIV responses. This work strengthens efforts to monitor health services, human rights, and budgets—holding governments and global institutions accountable to the 2021 Political Declaration on HIV/AIDS. It underscores the transformative power of communities in building equitable, rights-based health systems. You can find the resource here.
