In 2024, Aidsfonds revised its own integrity policy. This led to a new Code of Conduct, in line with our core values, with a description of desirable and undesirable behavior, and a reporting procedure for when things do seem to go wrong. All Aidsfonds employees and representatives will be subject to this code and reporting requirements from 1 January 2025. This responsibility also extends to volunteers, communities, partners and allies involved in the work of Aidsfonds – Soa Aids Nederland and who are bound by this policy as part of their contract.
