Mystery clients are trained community members who visit sexual and reproductive health (SRH) facilities in the role of clients. After their visit they assess the quality of services, and then report back on their experience. The method is used by partners to gain insight in the quality and friendliness of SRH services to kep populations such as sex workers of all genders. This manual describes the method and the different monitoring tools used.
