INPUD, with support from the Love Alliance, presents Drug Decriminalisation: Progress or Political Red Herring?—a critical report that challenges the assumption that decriminalisation automatically benefits people who use drugs. Drawing on community voices from countries with decriminalisation models, the report calls for full decriminalisation without sanctions and urges policymakers to center the lived experiences and rights of drug users in reform efforts. It serves as a powerful tool for peer-led advocacy toward more inclusive, participatory, and rights-based drug policies.
