Every 5 minutes, a child (aged 0-14) somewhere in the world dies due to AIDS-related illness. Even with life-saving medication available today, children with HIV are not getting the rapid care they need.  In 2018, Aidsfonds launched the 'Paediatric HIV Initiative' in Kenya, Mozambique, Nigeria, South Africa, Uganda and Zimbabwe to find missing children with HIV quickly, and enrol them in HIV care before it is too late. Our research is published now and available to our community.
