Asia Pacific Network of People Living with HIV (APN+) is the network of people living with HIV (PLHIV) in the Asia Pacific region. It was established in 1994 as a collective voice for all people living with HIV in the Asia Pacific region. APN+ is a peer led organization that is driven by the needs of PLHIV at the local level. All country representatives to its board are positive leaders . APN+ is committed to non discrimination and gender equity and continue to work to encourage and support the active participation of women in the network as well as positive people from marginalized populations. Today, APN+ board is represented by positive leaders from 30 countries in the Asia Pacific region. As a regional network APN+ leads the regional HIV response by bringing in local level issues to the centre of discussions.
