As part of World AIDS Day 2020, Elsevier Pride and Aidsfonds organised a panel discussion on the stigma associated with being HIV positive. On the panel were: Mark Vermeulen, Director of Aidsfonds, on living with HIV, about the impact of stigma on the fight against AIDS; Sarah Stutterheim, Researcher on stigma (of HIV) at Maastricht University in the Netherlands; and Mr & Miss Y+, representing of UNYPA from Uganda, young people living with HIV.
