Consultancy: Mid-term review of our strategy
Consultancy: Mid-term review of our strategy
Aidsfonds – Soa Aids Nederland is looking for an external, independent consultant to do a mid-term review (MTR) of the 2022-2025 multi-year strategy. We're looking for a consultant who is available to start in February 2024, as described in the timeline.
The outcomes of this MTR contribute to three objectives:
- Gain insight into progress and results: by mapping what we have achieved so far in relation to the planned results in 2025.
- Learning from what goes well and what goes differently than planned: by looking at whether what we are doing is working, and learning from what goes differently than we intended.
- Underpinning our decision-making: on what we need to focus on in the final year of the current strategy (2025) and beyond to achieve our mission and goals.
