Elina Mwasinga works as national coordinator for the National Association for Young People Living with HIV, Y+ Malawi. In this video, she shares how stigma, discrimination, and gender inequality continue to block access to HIV care for women. Elina is pushing for health systems that work for women, not against them, including accessibility of injectable PrEP. “You cannot teach experience. We have lived with HIV. I want to see more girls that are taking up leadership positions where they’ll be able to make decisions that affect them.”
